I'm currently sitting in the food court at Melbourne Central glomming their free wifi and eating a very healthy wrap for lunch.
queen_nephthys was over at my building schmoozing with management and using it as an excuse to go to lunch with a couple of her home girls. I need the break. The power went out in our building at 7.30 this morning and so we're on generator power all day. Half the servers have crashed so everyone's moving to the desks of people who aren't in. Major hassle. So I headed up to this noisy little oasis of free Internet. They also have tables here that have touch screens beside them so that diners can choose a radio station to listen to.
Been watching some DVDs. I recommend Clerks II (Electric Boogaloo) if only for Rosario Dawson and the fat bald guy with the donkey. (If you've seen it, you know the guy I mean). Komodo Vs Cobra is one of
queen_nephthys's new favourite subgenre: monster movies with really crummy CG monsters. She can't get enough of that shit. Bad acting and cloacal dialogue are bonuses in this kind of movie. Nudity helps, too, though this one was bereft of boobage.
Also did a quiz-meme thing. No surprise in the outcome here.

You Are 70% Boyish and 30% Girlish |
You are pretty evenly split down the middle - a total eunuch. Okay, kidding about the eunuch part. But you do get along with both sexes. You reject traditional gender roles. However, you don't actively fight them. You're just you. You don't try to be what people expect you to be. |
