I'm currently sitting in Peter and Annette's lounge room using the unsecured wifi network that every second person in Wantirna South seems to have. Clueless newbies are all over the place here with networks called Motorola and Netgear which they never seem to secure. I'm treating it like a cybernetic mana. Annette always gets annoyed when we suck at the tit of her neighbours' networks, but what the hell.

Not much going on lately. Long weekend. Sunny weather. John Howard's still Prime Monster. Bought new runners which cost almost a quarter of a kilobuck - having size 15 feet is problematic. Maybe I'll just learn to make shoes out of truck tyres next time. The Western Highway is full of discarded rubber. But of course I'd make sure they were posh tyre sandals - BMW tyres maybe.
