I'm an unashamed Francophile. My grandmother was French. The best creme brulee I ever ate was scoffed down diagonally across the road from Notre Dame Cathedral. If I could revisit any city in the World, it would be Paris. It does piss me off when Americans and increasingly Australians unreel that ignorant bullshit about the French being "surrender monkeys".
