The programming went well. All the feedback we got was that it was innovative, interesting and ran on time. The first two of these qualities were what JamieWNLJ and Keith Stevenson and I were shooting for. Thanks to all the participants. One of the most enjoyable panels for me was the Otakurama one with Avi Bernshaw from OzTaku who is immensely knowledgeable about the subject of Japanese and Asian genre cinema in general. Had I know who he was before the panel I would have spent more time hanging with him, but as he only had a dealer's pass for the con, his name wasn't on the badge. But that kinda thing happens in the event-kaleidoscope that is a Natcon. Too many people to thank for their help to both queen_nepththys and I at Convergence, but some of them are Duncan the Toyboy, Stifler's Mum aka rosiemitchell, swirlability, Marianne des Pierres, Dave and Barb Freer, Nicko, vanilla_extreme and a host of others as they used to say on Rocky and Bullwinkle. And to queen_nephthys for having enough faith in me to let me show her the positive and supportive side of fandom.

Day off today to rest and recuperate from the whole circus. Just watching movies, drinking coffee and waiting for Her Nibs to wake up.
