I've been up since 6 am baking bread, preparing salads, buying a beef roast to smoke in the Weber (along with a slab of pork belly), soaking smoke wood, herding the cat and boiling spuds for the barbecue lunch today. The beef goes on soon and the belly an hour later. Good eating. The salads are half done and it's time to get Sal up now.
