We're taking it easy today. Headed up to JB Hi-Fi and got Sal an 80 gigabyte I-Pod Classic to satisfy her burgeoning tech-nerdery. She ranta and rails against it but she's a cyberchick fangirl at heart. She's been bitching about I-Tunes' way of organising her music and has been slugging it out with that software to get her mp3s the way she wants them.

Yesterday was Jamie and Sarah's Xmas party where we caught up with Lucy S who is off to spend half of 2008 in Germany, brucegillespie and elaine, fearofemeralds, paul_ewins, rosiemitchell and sundry other good folk. The food as always was good and I added my tweaked from Bill Granger potato salad made with market-fresh kipler spuds, capsicum, mint, spring onions, parsley, chili and other stuff. We didn't stay long but enjoyed our time there as usual, going into DVD-fan heaven discussing the movies we loaned to the host and hostess. If you ever want to get on the right side of Sarah, lend her a Hammer Horror film she hasn't seen.
