Well Sal has decided to spend the night with her parents, Peter and Annette, so I'm here chilling out with New Guinea Wild Organic Coffee from Jasper's, the tall stack of DVDs to be watched and Jack the Cat who has just brought me a mouse for which I thanked him profusely. Were he a person he might have brought me a John Coltrane bootleg but being a mere moggy, he did what he could.
I'm picking Sal up tomorrow so we can have lunch with P&A but in the mean-time it's icky horror flicks and web surfing on the new comfy couch for me.
I also decided to see what kind of terrestrial tv reception I could get on the LCD screen in the front room. I plugged it into the aerial socket left by the previous owners, which we haven't used in the six years we've been here. Not great reception but watchable mostly on Channel 31 the community tv station... which by great serendipity is the only station Foxtel doesn't supply. Having access to 31 is a good thing because the Bazura Project guys, Shannon and Lee are doing the intros to the cult movies on Saturday night. Cool. :-)
On to watching Death Proof and some episodes of Rocky and Bullwinkle.
