New Laptop

I've now replaced my dead laptop with a new Compaq Presario which I scored for $500 (once I get the $150) cash back. The job now is to reload all of my applications on it. VLC media player, audacity for the podcasting, itunes and quicktime, firefox and foxmarks, utorrent... the list is endless. But the laptop's not bad. Nothing flash but for what I need, it's more than adequate. Good keyboard feel, too. Gotta find my disk with open office on it now...
