  • 14:42 Okay, the temperature here in Hoppers is 46.5 degrees centigrade - 115.7 degrees F with a 50 kph wind. #
  • 08:14 40 people dead and around 400 houses lost to bushfires down here, so far. Weather cooler but still bad. Not near our place, fortunately. #

Dawn Of A Hellish Day

This is the photo I took from the roof of South Melbourne Market yesterday morning. It's the dawn of the hottest day in Melbourne's recorded history. I like the pic. BTW, the colours haven't been touched up, either. That's dust in the air giving the clouds that hue. (Click to embiggen as usual.)
